Take That! Series

PSYCHO (1960)

"We all go a little mad sometimes." Psycho is one of Hitchcock's best films. It is considered to be an early example of the slasher film genre. The black and white cinematography enhances Anthony Perkins creepy performance. It was a bold film, killing off the main character halfway through and finishing with a great twist ending. I love the look of this film!

I used a series of shadow layers to punch out certain elements of the design. I wanted to make sure the house is featured because it is the heart of where Norman's psychosis exists. He spends a lot of time running back and forth between there and the motel constantly in conflict with himself and "Mother".
